You will read in any of the million self-help books out there that you should make a few small changes then make a few more once those first ones have become habit. Sounds like good advice right? It looks like that is how I make changed in my life. They seem to be all or nothing for me. What I mean by that is I don’t just make one change, like eating healthy. Me, I will start eating healthy, not driving to work, not spending any money on non essentials, start working out. All at the same time, usually some random Tuesday.
So this time it is not a random Tuesday that I am going to make some changes in my world. No, it all starts Monday,with no buying lunch, no spending on non essentials, no driving to work, and eating healthy. I am also going to check out the gym at work to see what they are going to charge me a month. I am guessing it is cheaper than the one that I am not going to but, still paying for currently.
So I guess we will see how my all I changes work out for me. It sounds like blog fodder for me.
